All photo sessions include a horse (no horse-free option). Max 4 people. Only the hired photographer may use professional cameras or flashes; no outside animals.   1. Payment schedule & no refunds.Calendario de pago y sin reembolsos. Bookings made 30 days or fewer before the event date are charged in full at the time of booking. Bookings made 31 or more days in advance pay a 30% deposit to reserve, and the remaining 70% balance is automatically charged to the same card on file exactly 30 days before the event date. By booking, you authorize Inspira Ranch (via Square) to store your card and charge the balance on that date. All payments — deposits and balances — are non-refundable.Las reservas hechas a 30 días o menos de la fecha del evento se cobran en su totalidad al momento de reservar. Las reservas hechas con 31 días o más de anticipación pagan un depósito del 30% para reservar, y el saldo restante del 70% se cobra automáticamente a la misma tarjeta registrada exactamente 30 días antes de la fecha del evento.   2. Pay-per-use access only.Acceso solo a lo pagado. Guests may access and use only the specific facilities, areas, and add-ons listed as paid line items on their confirmed booking.   4. Monitoring.Monitoreo. The property is actively monitored, including on-site staff and video surveillance. A police officer or licensed security officer will be present on-site whenever the Event Hall is rented — for all Half Hall and Full Hall rentals — as a mandatory condition of the booking. The officer is authorized by Inspira Ranch to enforce these Terms of Service, including verifying which facilities and areas a guest has paid for, directing guests out of unpurchased or restricted areas, and removing any person who refuses to comply. Instructions given by the officer must be followed at all times.Un oficial de policía o de seguridad con licencia estará presente en el sitio siempre que se rente el Salón de Eventos — para todas las rentas de Medio Salón y Salón Completo — como condición obligatoria de la reserva. Any unauthorized use of facilities or areas not paid for will result in immediate legal action and/or notification of local authorities, and may result in additional charges, forfeiture of your deposit, and removal from the property without refund.Consecuencias.
