The Event Hall
Our air-conditioned Event Hall is 8,300 sq ft and holds up to 350 guests. It comes with tables, chairs, 4 restrooms, 2 throne chairs, photo mirrors, a warming kitchen, 2 bars, a private bridal suite, and a small wooden gazebo - a setup that typically saves $3,000 to $5,000 versus renting each of those pieces separately from outside vendors.

Friday is priced at the Saturday (high-demand) rate; Sunday keeps its own rate; Monday through Thursday is the weekday rate. A licensed peace/security officer is required on-site for every Event Hall booking, included as a condition of the rental, along with a separate, non-refundable $400 security charge to cover that officer. Bookings without the Event Hall do not require this officer.
Lodging: Main House, Barndominium, or Both
Staying on-property turns a single-day event into a full weekend. All three lodging options are priced per night and follow the same day-of-week structure as the hall: Friday is charged at the Saturday rate, Sunday keeps its own rate, and Monday through Thursday is the weekday rate.

There are no night minimums - you can book any date for a single night, weekends and holidays included. High-season Fridays and Saturdays and major holidays carry a seasonal price premium, but never a multi-night requirement. A refundable $300 damage deposit applies to any lodging or Event Hall booking, returned after checkout less any documented damage.
Photo Sessions & the Horse and Carriage
Every photo session includes a horse - there's no horse-free option, and sessions run 1 or 2 hours depending on how many outfit changes you need. Pricing depends on the day of the week (Friday through Sunday runs higher than Monday through Thursday).
Want the horse or carriage as part of your event itself, rather than a dedicated photo session? You can add Caballo (horse only) at $900, Carreta (carriage) at $600, or the Caballo con Carreta bundle - both together - for $1,500, one hour during your event.

Unlimited standard parking is included with every booking at no charge - the RV spot above is only for guests who want a dedicated overnight space for a recreational vehicle.
How & When You Pay
Payment terms depend on whether the Event Hall is part of your booking:
Booking includes the Event Hall, 60+ days out: pay a 30% retainer now to lock your date (non-refundable), with the remaining 70% automatically charged to your card 60 days before the event. You can cancel any time before that 70% charge - the retainer just doesn't come back.
Booking is within 60 days of the event, or doesn't include the Event Hall at all: the full amount is due at checkout, no deposit option.
